Javelin ΙΙ (1997), is 600 cm in length custom-shaped from a 4cm aluminum rod. It balances at an angle at a height of 208 cm at midpoint on a 10mm stainless steel shaft. It aims perseveringly towards the sky. Its sharp edges piercing and transversing the spatial confines serve as a conduit for conceptual exploration beyond the physical space. As it traces an imperceptible line that transcends mere geographical boundaries, the sculpture delineates an axis that extends ad infinitum.
